All of our luxurious guest rooms have ensuite baths with Jacuzzis for Two, Queen size beds and dining areas for romantic in-room breakfasts. Relax in our cotton cashmere robes, and order our sumptuous two-course breakfasts served in your guest room anytime you’d like between 9:00-10:30 am. We also serve breakfast in the Dining Room between 8:00-10:30 am and on the spacious river view verandah from 9:00-10:30 am (seasonal).

Our rates include afternoon treats & desserts, anytime coffee & tea, and use of our canoes & bicycles (cross country and tandem) or snowshoes in winter.

Minden Village shops, galleries, museum, casual dining, and an exquisite Thai bistro are within easy walking, cycling or canoeing distance. More art, museum, shops and fine dining are available within a 20 minute drive.

We have five Haliburton golf courses within a 20 minute drive – one just 5 minutes away. We are also just minutes from the Haliburton Wild Water Reserve, and near Haliburton Forest’s Wolf Centre & Walk in the Clouds and the world famous Algonquin Provincial Park. Trails run throughout the area.

Art abounds throughout the Haliburton area, including artisan studios, galleries, the Haliburton Sculpture Forest and the renowned Haliburton School of the Arts. Year-round live music also thrives.

We are not licensed, but you are welcome to bring your own wine or other alcoholic beverages. We provide silver ice buckets & wine glasses in each guest room, and there is a guest refrigerator with ice to chill beverages. LCBO Liquor & Beer stores are just minutes away.

Specific Local Directions:

Northbound on Hay 35: Take the first Minden turnoff to the left – it says “Business, Bobcaygeon St.” Take Bobcaygeon Street through the village for 1 km (bear left at the Y intersection by the CIBC bank), and cross the bridge over the Gull River. Turn right immediately onto Invergordon Street. There is a blue fingerboard sign at the corner that says “Wild Swan B&B Inn“. Southbound on Hwy 35: Take the first Minden exit. Drive on South Water Street along the river until it dead-ends at Bobcaygeon Street. Turn right on Bobcaygeon Street and cross the bridge. Turn right immediately onto Invergordon Street. There is a blue fingerboard sign at the corner that says “Wild Swan B&B Inn“. Drive down north water street along the river about 1 km. We are at 65 Invergordon Street. There is a sign in front near the road. The house is lit in clear Christmas style lights.
